A little about me (and a lot about purpose)
I wear many hats — creative director, photographer, project manager, and impact strategist — but everything I do is rooted in one thing: people. I bring heart and structure to creative projects that aim to challenge, celebrate, or shift something for the better.

Why I Do This
I believe in the power of creativity to transform. Not just how things look but how people feel, engage, and are seen. My work is rooted in purpose and community, shaped by lived experience, and driven by a deep belief that inclusion isn’t a checkbox, it’s a commitment.
My photography is all about realness capturing people in their element, with emotion and honesty. My strategy work is about shifting systems challenging what “professionalism” and “impact” really look like. My goal in everything? To make things that matter and move people.
Hi, I’m Neecie,
a creative director, photographer, strategist, and organiser who lives for meaningful storytelling and community-driven work. I wear a lot of hats, but they all come down to one thing: using creativity as a tool for connection, culture, and change.
I’ve worked across industries from healthcare to the arts to policy and I bring over a decade of experience to everything I do. Whether I’m curating a shoot, building inclusive strategy with The MosaiQs, or managing a large-scale project rollout, I show up with intention, empathy, and big-picture vision.

I believe creativity should be a tool for change — not just aesthetics. Whether I’m designing a shoot or co-leading a strategy workshop, I’m always thinking about impact, inclusion, and telling real stories
A Little Backstory
It all started with my dad’s camera obsession. Cameras were always around growing up, but it wasn’t until I picked one up myself that something clicked. A friend-turned-mentor asked me what lens I’d used on my first photo — and from that moment, I’ve never stopped creating.
Since then, I’ve:
-
Built Neecie’s Snapshot, a photography brand rooted in emotion and truth
-
Co-founded The MosaiQs, a cross-sector consultancy challenging outdated ideas of inclusion
-
Led impactful programmes across health, education, arts and community sectors
-
Balanced the creative with the strategic — always with heart at the centre

What I’m Like Behind the Scenes
I’m calm under pressure, big on vibes, and happiest when the work feels aligned with values. I love moodboards, logistics, building trust with clients, and getting into the rhythm of a project. I’ll bring the energy when needed, but I’m also good at listening — really listening — to what people want, need, and imagine.
What they say about me....
Working with Neecie was such a refreshing experience. She was professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. She created a relaxed atmosphere which made the shoot feel natural, enjoyable, and even fun something I didn’t expect as someone who’s usually quite camera-shy!
Working with Chanice on our project was an absolute game-changer. She brought structure, focus, and calm to what had been a pretty chaotic process before she joined. I appreciate how she combined clear strategy and empathy for the team, which kept us motivated, and always kept things moving without making it feel pressured. Her attention to detail, her ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, and the way she just ‘got it’ from day one made a huge difference to our delivery.
Chanice has an incredible ability to bring clarity and depth to strategic thinking. During our time working together, she helped our organisation reframe how we approach inclusion, not just as a checklist, but as a cultural shift. I appreciated her ability to ask the right questions, listen fully, and push our thinking while still making everyone feel heard.
A Few Things I Stand By:
-
Authenticity over aesthetics
-
Community-led thinking
-
Inclusion that’s more than surface
-
Creativity as strategy
