Hey there, glad you found the FAQ page!
This is the spot where I answer all the usual questions people ask before we work together. Think of it like the “read me first” section before we create something amazing together, minus the fine print and boring legal stuff.
Whether you're here to book a shoot, plan a big creative project, or figure out what exactly a "social impact strategist" does (yes, it's a real thing), you're in the right place.

Photography
Q: What types of photography do you offer?
A: Portraits, events, editorials, brand/product, community documentation basically, if it tells a story or shows people as their real selves, I’m into it.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Ideally 2–4 weeks, but you can always reach out f I’ve got space, we’ll make it work.
Q: Do you travel for shoots?
A: Yes! I work across the UK and internationally (passport’s ready). Travel costs may apply for bookings outside London.
Q: Do you do retouching/editing?
A: Yep — every image you receive is edited to enhance colour, tone, and overall vibe. Heavy retouching? Only if it still feels true to you.
Creative Direction & Content
Q: What does “creative direction” actually include?
A: Think of it like visual storytelling leadership concepting, moodboards, styling, set guidance, and leading the shoot or creative process. I help bring your idea to life in a way that feels aligned and impactful.
Q: I’m launching a brand — can you help me with visuals and content?
A: Absolutely. I offer brand-focused shoots, content strategy sessions, and social starter packs that help you launch with confidence.
Consultancy & Strategy
Q: I’m looking for help with strategy, inclusion or community-focused work — can you support that?
A: Yes! I work on strategic projects through The MosaiQs, a consultancy I’m proudly partnered with. We collaborate with organisations across sectors to challenge traditional models of inclusion and co-design work that’s bold, human, and rooted in lived experience.
Q: How can I work with you?
A: You can either reach out directly via my Contact page or visit The MosaiQs to explore our full offering. Whether it’s creative strategy, programme design, or community engagement — I’m part of a powerhouse team that’s here to move culture forward with care and intention.
Project Management
Q: What kinds of projects do you manage?
A: From creative campaigns and cultural events to community-based programmes and health sector rollouts. I manage timelines, teams, budgets, and vibes.
Q: Do you offer short-term project support?
A: Yes! I take on short-term freelance projects when my schedule allows. Send me the details and we’ll chat.
Mentoring & Coaching
Q: Do you mentor other creatives?
A: I do! I offer one-on-one mentoring for early-career creatives, photographers, and community leaders, especially those navigating multidisciplinary careers like mine.
Q: Can I book a one-off session to get feedback or clarity?
A: Yes. I offer single mentoring sessions, portfolio reviews, and accountability sessions perfect if you're feeling stuck or just want direction.
Booking & Logistics
Q: How do I book you?
A: Head to the Booking page or drop me a line via the Contact page. I’ll follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
Q: What’s your payment policy?
A: A 30–50% deposit is usually required to secure your date. The rest is due on or before the day of service. Payment plans available for longer-term projects.
Q: Can you customise a package for me?
A: Always. If none of the standard options quite fit, I’ll build a quote around your vision, needs, and budget.
Do you use contracts?
Yes, always! Once we’ve agreed on the details of your booking (whether it’s a photoshoot, creative direction, or event), I’ll send over a contract outlining everything we’ve discussed including timelines, deliverables, fees, and cancellation policies.
This isn’t to be scary or formal for the sake of it it’s to make sure everyone’s on the same page, expectations are clear, and your project runs smoothly from start to finish. It also protects both of us if anything unexpected comes up.
If you have any questions about the contract before signing, I’m always happy to walk you through it.
